Paula Hall Photo

Paula Hall is a Senior Director in Integrity’s Advisory Services group, where she provides strategic counsel and thought leadership on driving compliance and ethics into client organizations using compliance analytics and training. Her clients include a Switzerland-based global manufacturing conglomerate, an international pharmaceutical company based in France, and other major global and U.S.-based corporations in every industry sector. Ms. Hall has presented at conferences sponsored by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association regarding a range of corporate integrity issues.

Before joining Integrity in 2007, Ms. Hall spent seven years as the chief administrator of the conflicts of interest and professional responsibility function at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., a 500-attorney, Boston-based firm with eight offices worldwide. Prior to that Ms. Hall was Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of a nonprofit insurance research and advocacy organization based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. Hall also practiced law in the areas of commercial real estate, and general and complex civil litigation. Ms. Hall has a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and member of the Massachusetts Bar.
