Carl Nelson
Executive Chairman
Carl Nelson has been involved in the startup and management of technology companies for the last twenty years. Carl founded Integrity in late 1999 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1999-2007. Prior to founding Integrity Interactive, Carl served as Managing Director and President of VIS Development Corporation, which he founded in 1991. VIS was engaged in high-end, customized multi-media learning for the corporate marketplace. Prior to VIS, Carl served in a variety of management roles at Access Technology, a $40 million productivity software company with 400 employees located in offices worldwide. Carl has a BA from Colby College and an MBA from M.I.T.
David Curran
Chief Executive Officer
Dave Curran has spent more than twenty years working at the intersection of business, technology, and legal services. Dave joined Integrity Interactive in June 2007, and serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. From 2002-2007, Dave was CEO of Data Communiqué, Inc., a technology-driven content management business of Havas, the global communications company. Dave began his career as a practicing attorney in New York City, and subsequently held a number of senior legal positions at Campbell Soup Company, serving at various times as General Counsel to the company's North American, European, and Asian businesses. Dave received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is licensed to practice law in the Federal and State courts of New York.
Peter Giblin
President, Integrity Europe
Peter Giblin joins Integrity as President, Europe, with 30 years of experience as a global business executive, a thought leader in the field of corporate governance and business ethics, and a corporate attorney specializing in cross-border financial transactions. Before joining Integrity, Giblin established the International operations of Russell Reynolds Associates, and was president and chief executive of Carre, Orban, both global search firms. Giblin began his career at the New York law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell. He graduated with a B.A. from Yale University, and a J.D. from Columbia School of Law. Peter is a visiting professor in the Faculty of Management at the Cass Business School in London, where he is a founder member of the Centre for Research in Corporate Governance.
Andy Jones
Vice-President & CFO
Andy Jones has 20 years of senior finance experience, having served in a variety of roles in high-tech and information service companies ranging in size from $2m to $15 billion in annual revenue. Prior to joining Integrity, Andy was CFO of TrueAdvantage (TA), a venture capital-backed software-as-a-service company with operations in Southborough, MA, and Pune, India. Prior to TA, he was CFO of CCBN, a provider of technology-powered investor relations services and information services to investment professionals. During his career, Andy has managed multiple rounds of venture financing and numerous corporate acquisitions (on both the buy- and sell-side). Andy, a Chartered Accountant, is a graduate of Edinburgh University in Scotland.
Richard Cellini
Vice-President, Marketing
Richard Cellini has 20 years of professional and managerial experience in the areas of business and market strategy, high technology, and corporate law. Prior to joining Integrity, Richard served as CFO & General Counsel of Salary.com Inc., a compensation management data and software company which is now listed on NASDAQ. In addition, Richard has served as a vice-president of an international brand strategy consultancy (Fitch plc), a principal in a venture capital fund (100x Ventures), and an associate at a Wall Street law firm (Milbank Tweed). Richard received an A.B. and a J.D. from Georgetown University, and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (UK). He is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
Kirk Jordan
Vice-President, Integrity Research
Kirk Jordan has had extensive corporate ethics and compliance experience during the past fifteen years. Currently, he spearheads corporate ethics and compliance research and course development for Integrity Interactive. Prior to founding Integrity in 1999, Mr. Jordan spent seven years as President of Compliance Systems Legal Group, which he founded in 1992. Before that, Mr. Jordan was associated with the Skadden Arps Law firm, where he designed compliance programs and training materials. Kirk has degrees from Cornell University and the Washington College of Law at American University. He is admitted to practice law in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Texas, and Rhode Island.
Bill Hauserman
Senior Vice-President, Client Services
Bill Hauserman has over 20 years of management experience, having held senior positions in areas that include customer service, training, development, consulting, and finance. He was co-founder of VIS Corporation, a leading provider of custom e-learning and knowledge sharing applications established in 1991. Prior to VIS, Bill served as Vice President of Educational and Consulting Services at Access Technology, a CompuServe Company.
Jay Yesselman
Vice-President, Technology
Jay Yesselman has over 20 years management experience in Technology, Product Marketing, and Product Management, having held senior management positions at several leading software and e-learning companies. Most recently Jay held the position of Director of Product Strategy for Computer Associates International, with responsibility for CA's enterprise management solutions, and was Vice President of Professional Services at VIS Corporation, a leading e-learning services company. In a prior career Jay was an educator and school administrator.
