A potential weakness of Web-based training compared to classroom methods was that employees might not have an effective way to ask questions or raise concerns. Now, with Integrity WebLine reporting, we make this as simple as clicking on the Integrity WebLine link from anywhere within a course or from the company's ethics and compliance training homepage. An e-mail is immediately sent to the company attorney(s) assigned to handle these matters.


Anonymous Employee Reporting System

The Integrity WebLine service is ideal for international employees, as it works in any language and doesn't require a toll-free telephone number in every country.


Issue Case Management

The Integrity WebLine service provides a rich set of facilities to manage, respond to, and measure this reporting activity. An online case management system can store in one place the original employee question, e-mail responses by the attorney, notes of phone conferences, attached documents, and legal analysis.

The Integrity WebLine service includes a reminder system that automatically sends e-mails to the managing attorney notifying the attorney of overdue items. The reporting system allows the creation of management and board of director reports to provide a statistical view of the number, type, and disposition of issues over time.
