The CodeONE service is an integrated, global, customizable service that delivers a copy of the company Code of Conduct to all employees, trains them on their responsibilities under the Code, and records their certification to observe the Code at all times.
Customized
CodeONE is created specifically to fit your company. The program uses your company's Code of Conduct, your logo, audio messages from your CEO and Compliance Officer, and instructional content drawn directly from your Code document.
Managed
CodeONE is not a course—it's a service. Your Integrity Interactive team manages the employee lists, gathers your content, sends the e-mails, provides user support, and reminds employees.
Efficient
The entire CodeONE experience—including training and certification—takes most employees less than 60 minutes, at the time and place of their choosing. Bookmarking allows them to stop and resume as often as they need without losing their place. With CodeONE, there's no travel cost, no instructor cost, and no classroom scheduling and rescheduling. The program adapts to employee's needs, rather than the other way around, to maximize participation.
Online/Offline
While the CodeONE service was designed for employees with some form of computer access, an offline version is also available. The offline version contains the same training material but can be delivered in printed booklet form or taught in a classroom setting.
Global
With Integrity's exclusive MLP (Multilingual Programs) the entire training and communication program can be delivered in each employee's native language. This includes the e-mails, the course, the certification—even the user support.
Certification
Employees who complete the Code of Conduct training can create an electronic certification record that they have read and will observe the company Code. A copy of each certification is securely stored in the Integrity Interactive database as a permanent record.
