Responsibilities:
Integrity is looking for dynamic, seasoned sales professionals to join the Company’s New Business Sales team. Responsibilities will include leading sales efforts to target new business opportunities and working directly with prospective clients to identify their needs and map them to Integrity capabilities. This position is responsible for developing effective proposals and sales presentations in collaboration with other Integrity team members and driving the proposal process to completion.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 – 10 years relevant experience. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; must be highly organized with great attention to detail; and be self-motivated with the drive to achieve. The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- A proven track record of selling either consulting, market research, legal services or other solution-based services (of special interest are candidates who have consistently succeeded in closing deals for companies such as Corporate Executive Board, Forrester, Gartner, SAS, etc., at price points in the range of five-and six-figures annually);
- Experience selling into the C-suite of Fortune 1000 companies (of special interest are candidates who have sold to the General Counsel or Chief Compliance Officer roles);
- The ability to work successfully as part of a multi-functional sales team; as well as independently via a satellite office;
- Thrive on the challenge of crafting solutions where there is ambiguity about exactly what the client’s problem is and what solution is right for them; and
- Understand and support the Company’s goals, business, and values.

Reporting:
Will report to the Sr. Vice President of Sales and will work closely with other departments throughout the Company as needed.
Location:
Waltham, Massachusetts; position location is flexible based on candidate and experience. This position will require approximately 30%+ overnight travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time exempt position. Compensation includes competitive base salary plus commissions and MBO earned. Additionally, Integrity offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and more.
