Biography

Bill Hauserman oversees Integrity’s Client Services team, comprised of relationship managers, deployment managers, and client managers, who are committed to meeting each client’s program requirements and exceeding expectations. Bill’s team of about 40 people supports clients through every program step, from kick-off to implementation and management, to program evaluation and review. We partner every Integrity client with a dedicated Client Services team, who is knowledgeable about both the clients’ specific needs and related industry best practices.

Bill has over 20 years of management experience, having held senior positions in areas that include customer service, training, development, consulting, and finance. He was co-founder of VIS Corporation, a leading provider of custom e-learning and knowledge sharing applications established in 1991. Prior to VIS, Bill served as Vice President of Educational and Consulting Services at Access Technology, a CompuServe Company.

Bill holds Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Bowdoin College.
